For more than five decades, Gene Korolev has approached piano restoration with a simple principle: when thousands of individual components must work together, precision cannot be left to chance. Many of the specialized devices used at Piano Solutions XXI were developed or adapted in the workshop to improve accuracy, consistency, and repeatability during critical stages of restoration. Each solves a specific technical challenge while allowing the craftsman to maintain greater control over the finished instrument.
